daun44 Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall be interpreted as stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "daun44" refers to the online gambling platform operating under the domain daun44.one.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the services of daun44.
• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application and all digital services provided by daun44.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user to access daun44 services.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited into an account using RM (Malaysian Ringgit) or supported cryptocurrency.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credit value granted under specific conditions set by daun44.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Third Party" refers to game software providers, payment processors and business partners that work with daun44.

Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation or content of any section.

To be eligible to register and use the daun44 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be an individual person and not registering on behalf of a business entity or third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion programme recognised by daun44.
• Not be acting as a representative, agent or intermediary for any other party in using the platform.

daun44 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in the account being suspended pending review. All deposits made during the verification period will be held until the process is complete.

Users who register with false information to circumvent age restrictions will face immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances including pending withdrawals.

Each user is only permitted to register one account on the daun44 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different personal information, different devices or any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. The information to be provided includes:

• Full name as per your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in your own name.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. daun44 recommends using a strong password that is not shared with anyone. Any unauthorised activity that occurs due to negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials is the user's responsibility.

daun44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or other supporting documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts that fail to meet verification requirements may be suspended or closed at daun44's discretion.

daun44 supports several payment methods suitable for users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Accepted payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (instant interbank transfer)
• Online banking via FPX
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

Transaction limits: The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. No specific maximum limit is set, however large withdrawals may be subject to additional review.

Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is submitted, subject to routine security checks. daun44 is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment provider.

Users acknowledge that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity. daun44 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and reserves the right to hold withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if there are signs of suspicious activity.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the payment account details provided are accurate. daun44 is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect account information provided by the user.

daun44 offers various promotions and bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated at the time the offer is made.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus funds can be made.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM3,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

Bonuses may only be used for wagering on the daun44 platform and cannot be transferred, cashed out directly or used for any purpose other than what is specified. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or abuse will be cancelled without notice.

daun44 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to members based on their membership tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

Progression between VIP tiers depends on the member's gaming activity over time. daun44 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion with reasonable notice to affected members.

All games available on the daun44 platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent body to ensure the fairness of every game round. Users acknowledge that game outcomes are random and cannot be manipulated.

Use of the platform is subject to the following rules:

• Users are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, scripts or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion or cooperation between players intended to cheat the platform or other players is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, bugs or inconsistencies in the system is a serious breach of these terms.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing. daun44 is not responsible for losses resulting from connection disruptions on the user's end.
• If there is a discrepancy between language versions of the website, the Malay language version shall prevail.

daun44 reserves the right to void bets or games if a significant technical error occurs that affects the outcome. In such cases, the user's original deposit will be fully refunded.

daun44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if any of the following situations occur:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Information provided during registration or during the verification process is found to be false or misleading.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The user has registered multiple accounts or is using another person's identity.
• There is a legal or regulatory requirement that necessitates account closure.

Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting daun44 customer support. Any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned once the review is complete, provided the user has no outstanding liabilities or unresolved breaches of terms.

The daun44 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. daun44 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or meet all user requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, daun44 and its partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• The use of or inability to use the daun44 platform.
• Financial losses incurred during play, including the loss of wagered funds.
• Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond daun44's control.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Disputed game outcomes that have been determined through fair and recognised mechanisms.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk. daun44 encourages all users to set personal limits and play within their financial means.

The collection, processing, and storage of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with daun44's Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy page. By using this platform, you agree to the data processing practices as described in that policy.

daun44 uses SSL encryption technology and other security measures to protect users' personal and financial information. However, no system is completely secure, and users are encouraged to take their own precautions to protect their accounts.

User information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without the user's explicit consent. Data is shared only with partners required to enable platform operations, such as game software providers and payment processors, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them will be governed by the applicable laws under daun44's international licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes will first be resolved through voluntary negotiation before formal proceedings are initiated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision will be considered severed from the agreement as a whole, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
